These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Status Saver Pro (the "App"), provided by CodeCraft by Chandan ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
01Using the App
The App helps you view and save WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business statuses that are already available on your device, and offers related tools such as Direct Chat, a QR scanner and Direct Link. You must use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
02Content and your responsibility
Statuses belong to the people who posted them. Only save, download or share content when you have the right to do so, respect the privacy and copyright of others, and follow WhatsApp's terms. The same applies to anything you fetch with Direct Link: use it only for content you own or have permission to save. You are solely responsible for how you use saved content. We do not host, review or own any status or third-party content.
03Not affiliated with WhatsApp
Status Saver Pro is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner. If WhatsApp changes how or where it stores statuses, some features may stop working.
04Your account
Signing in is optional unless a feature requires it. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
05Premium subscription
Premium removes ads and is sold through Google Play Billing. Prices, billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Premium status is linked to your account and the Google Play account used for the purchase.
06Ads
The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to the advertisers' own terms. Interacting with an ad may take you outside the App, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or offers.
07Permissions
The App asks only for the permissions it needs, such as access to the status folder you choose, the camera for QR scanning and notifications. You can grant or revoke them at any time in Android settings, but some features may not work without them.
08Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, interfere with its security, misuse its services or use it in any way that breaks the law or harms others. We recommend not using the App on rooted or jailbroken devices.
09Third-party services
The App uses services from Google, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Firebase. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.
10Internet and data charges
Some features need an internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider.
11Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, logo and name belong to CodeCraft by Chandan. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the App.
12Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always compatible with WhatsApp.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App.
14Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms, or discontinue the App, at any time. The latest Terms are always available in the App and on this page, and continuing to use the App means you accept them. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Patna, Bihar.
