These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vidya Sangam Pro (the "App"), provided by CodeCraft by Chandan ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are under 18, please use the App with the permission of a parent or guardian.
01Using the App
The App provides study materials such as books, chapter solutions, VVI questions, previous years' questions, notes and formulas for Class 1 to 12 in English and Hindi medium, together with offline downloads, favourites and discussions. Use the App only for lawful, personal study and in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
02Study content
Materials are provided for study and reference. We make a reasonable effort to keep them accurate and up to date, but they may contain errors. Always cross-check with your official textbook and teachers. We are not responsible for exam results or decisions based on the content.
03Not affiliated with NCERT
Vidya Sangam Pro is an independent study-aid app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) or any state education board. "NCERT" is used only to describe the curriculum the materials follow.
04Access levels
Some materials are free for everyone, some need a free account, and some need a Premium Content plan. Which materials are free, login-only or premium can change over time as we update the App.
05Premium Content and Go Ad-Free subscriptions
The App offers two separate subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Premium Content unlocks premium study material for one class band (Class 1 to 4, 5 to 8 or 9 to 12) and does not remove ads. Go Ad-Free removes ads and does not unlock premium material. Prices, billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Plans are linked to your account and the Google Play account used for the purchase.
06Your account
Signing in is optional unless a material requires it. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
07Discussions
Comments you post are visible to other students. Be respectful and keep comments related to study. Do not post personal information, spam, offensive, hateful or illegal content, or material you do not have the right to share. We may remove comments or restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.
08Downloads and copyright
Study materials and their design belong to us or their respective owners. You may download materials for your own personal study only. Do not copy, re-upload, sell or redistribute them. Downloaded and displayed materials carry a watermark identifying the App and the material's source.
09Ads
The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to the advertisers' own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or offers you reach through them.
10Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, interfere with its security, misuse its services or use it in any way that breaks the law or harms others. We recommend not using the App on rooted or jailbroken devices.
11Third-party services
The App uses services from Google, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Firebase. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.
12Internet and data charges
Browsing materials, first-time downloads, discussions and purchases need an internet connection. Downloaded materials stay available offline. You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider.
13Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, logo and name belong to CodeCraft by Chandan. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the App.
14Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
15Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
16Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms, or discontinue the App, at any time. The latest Terms are always available in the App and on this page, and continuing to use the App means you accept them. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
17Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Patna, Bihar.
